Night Owl

You may be like... She eats at weird times. This is true. I work at night and this meal for me at 3 pm is breakfast. There are many of us out there so if you are a night owl have comfort in the fact that I am too.
1 cup low fat cottage cheese with 1 tsp sesame seeds.
4 pp, 180 cal, 28 g pro
