I had my ubiquitous soft boiled eggs in the morning.
We went to Red Lobster with some family and I was so proud. I didn't have any of the appetizer, I didn't have any biscuits and I ordered lunch portion of the fresh rainbow trout and a double order of broccoli. No rice and no potatoes. I was so proud. This restaurant lunch was 220 cal and 6 carbs. Holla!
