still missing my iphone and therefore pics which stinks. hopefully the replacement will arrive soon.
yesterday i had some steak (4 oz) and later a small ice cream because I was getting irritable. I was trying to lube this low carb process along so I got a small ice cream (no cone) from chick-fil-a. It had 50 carbs. I also got a large bowl of fruit which included some strawberries, grapes, oranges, and apple chunks.
Later I had the rest of my steak (2 oz) and picked the chicken out of my leftover stirfry.
I then had a strawberry gogi greek yogurt.
That seemed like a lot of food to me but I've been fighting sugar cravings in a bad way. I did not have soda and I did not have jellybeans or peeps.
My weight has been going down slowly even with the reduction and awareness of my carbs. I seem to be coming in higher than my proposed number of carbs each day but I'm sure that they are less than they were before so I will keep shooting for a low number but be ok if I go above it at this point. I am realizing that although I didn't really think that I ate diet foods persay that even low fat dairy products have higher carbs in them than their full fat conterparts. The realization of carbs in foods has been an eye-opener for me.
Onward in this lower carb plight.
