steak, cucumbers, greek yogurt

having steak, cucumbers, and some greek yogurt with ranch seasoning in it before work.  The cucumbers have the highest amount of carbs for my day so far.  Trying to get my carbs from veggies and the occasional fruit.  Feeling better craving wise today.

I have sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, baby carrots and raw mushrooms in the fridge ready for noshing.
