English Cucumber with skin and feta dip

Had egg casserole for breakfast earlier. 

Trader joes chile lime chicken burger and spaghetti squash with homemade marinara.

Had about 4 oz of steak with 3/4 cup of corn for dinner


Clear soup and sushi for lunch.  Love $1 sushi



Pineapple as a snack.  Love this.  It's dried but not sweetened.  Nom nom.

Had part of a chile lime chicken burger for breakfast from Trader Joes.

VEGAS EATS!

VEGAS EATS!  I went out to vegas for the wlsfa meet and greet. It was my first time there and I had so much fun.
Here's what I ate for the most part whilst I was there.
Thursday night.
And
Tuna tostadas
The people I met were so amazing.
Friday morning. 2 eggs, 2 sausage, couple bites of hashbrowns, and some oj
Friday lunch with bandedgirl, eggface, melting mama, aullberg, mcnee and a couple other peeps.  Great fun.
Had some crab dip for dinner
Saturday morning I had the same as Friday morning.  2 eggs, 2 sausage, couple bites of hashbrowns, and some oj
Picked at some of the lunch at the m&g. Mostly ate the chicken.
For a snack we had some crab stuffed avocado
Sat dinner was hot and sour soup with a spicy Tuna roll

I've had lots of bell pepper slices and feta dip today.

Some egg salad made with cottage cheese.

Grilled chicken with grilled zucchini and squash for dinner.  Roasted mashed sweet potatoes too.

Getting up

so last night over a few hours I had...  a jr. frosty, some mozzarella and tomato salad, some deviled eggs, and a few peeps.  I was so so hungry.  Made mostly good choices but I could have done without the peeps.  Luckily today is a new day and I will try again.  That's what its about; continuing to get up even when you stumble.

Before and After Lunch Special


Went to a nice place for lunch which was my first meal of the day.  I had lemon sole (maybe 3 oz; probably less), sauteed kale, and lobster bisque.  It came with some kind of biscuit but I didnt eat any of that.  It was very yummy.

I like the before and afters because after I ate this meal I felt like I ate a ton but upon reflection of the pics it really wasnt that much.

My Day 5/1/11


Grape tomates, mozzarella pearls, fresh balsamic chiffonade and a TBSP of balsamic vinegar.  salt and pepper too.  so good.



We had dinner at a local micro-brewery.  I love micro-breweries.  I had a brewhouse salad with grilled salmon. So good.  I was able to eat all the salmon and a bit of the salad.  I dipped lightly into the dressing and didnt use it all.


We went to a baseball game.  It was really fun.  I had a couple bites of my kids icecream and a couple handfuls of their blue raspberry popcorn.





I had been wanting to try this.  A tendergrill chicken salad at Burger King.  They ended up being out of the garden salad and gave me two side salads.  I dumped my chicken onto one of them and it was plenty. I may try and order it that way next time.  The chicken was so juicy I didnt even use dressing.

Breakfast was made by my DH.  I had a quarter of a small flatbread pizza with fresh mozzarella.
