5 chips. I try not to eat too many as I won't have room for my meal. I don't usually eat the rice.   I also do not drink with my meal. Not because it is a rule, but because it is actually painful.

I didn't eat any of the asparagus. Protein first which was 4 oz sirloin steak.  3 mushrooms too.

2 soft-boiled eggs.  Soft boiled are delicious but they also go down easier than hard boiled or scrambled for me.

Daisy 2% cottage cheese is my favorite. I don't like all cottage cheese but this one I crave. Try it out.
